Before entering real estate, Kevin built and managed a successful painting and renovation company, working on projects ranging from family homes to luxury estates and large condominium developments. This hands-on experience gave him valuable insight into construction, property value, and home improvement.

After moving to Kamloops in 2010, Kevin continued serving homeowners before expanding into the online business world, where he later became CEO of a global education company. Leading a large team further strengthened his skills in negotiation, management, and customer care.
